AS OF 10/16/2010, THE CREDIT AND CODE REMOVAL PROGRAM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED
Well, the Zing release did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. It seems I have forgotten to take some features out that I had never meant to release to the public.
As a result, I have decided to remove the Zing! 1.0 download, and replace it with version 1.0.1, a patched version.
I am also working on a Credits section, with credits for all the many helpful people who have code used in this mod. Read on for more...

If you noticed a feature that you want removed, see the Contact the Dev page above. There's a credit complaint form there now. If you noticed a feature that you want out of the 1.0.1 release, feel free to report it there. If you want, you can request a limited, read-only copy of Zing! 1.0 to check for any code you don't want in it. (these copies are given out by request only) For those of you who want credit for their code, I am setting up a Credits section on the website (also linked to in the Zing help menu) that will have all credits in it.
For those of you who feel I have stolen code or not given credit for your work, please remember: this was a private mod originally, and I had never meant to release it to the public until 2 weeks ago.
I have every intention of honoring any reasonable request for credit or removal of code, and I will greatly appreciate any help you can provide on the credits page.
I learned everything I know about Squeak from the Scratch Forums and the many tutorials, mods and answers to questions I have found there, and I give thanks to everyone who was generous enough to post their ideas and use their time answering questions.
I appreciate your patience, and will release Zing! 1.0.1 as soon as possible!
